To edit please go to Appearance > Widgets and drag a widget to Home Bottom Left Sidebar. This widget is suitable for CT:Featured Post/Page. You can hide this sidebar also. Go to Design Settings tab under Theme Options Menu. Click on Home Page Sidebar Options. You can change the settings as you like.
